We deliver to your door everywhere in Lebanon. This page explains how long it takes and what it costs.
Processing time
We prepare every order as soon as it is placed. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery fees and times
Delivery is free on every order.
The exact fee for your order is shown at checkout before you place it. Fees may change from time to time; the fee shown at checkout is the one you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every area listed at checkout in Lebanon. We don't ship outside Lebanon yet.
- Beirut: Beirut
- Mount Lebanon: Baabda, Metn, Aley, Chouf
- Keserwan-Jbeil: Keserwan, Jbeil (Byblos)
- North: Tripoli, Zgharta, Koura, Batroun, Bsharri, Minieh-Danniyeh
- Akkar: Akkar
- Bekaa: Zahle, West Bekaa, Rashaya
- Baalbek-Hermel: Baalbek, Hermel
- South: Sidon (Saida), Tyre (Sour), Jezzine
- Nabatieh: Nabatieh, Marjeyoun, Hasbaya, Bint Jbeil
Cash on delivery
- Payment - Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives
- Phone - The courier calls the phone number you give at checkout before delivering
- Exact amount - Please have the order total ready
Order tracking
You can follow your order by:
- Signing in and opening My Orders
- Using the Track Order page with your order number and email address
Delivery issues
- Not received - Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time
- Damaged - Check your parcel when it arrives and tell us right away
- Missing items - Contact us within 48 hours if something is missing
- Address changes - Contact us before your order is dispatched to change the address
Delays
Weather, road conditions, public holidays and busy periods can delay deliveries. We'll keep you updated and help resolve any problem.
